Graeme Shaw will be in attendance for his upcoming show on March 8, I encourage you all to come and meet him. We will be serving tasty morsels from the chef-run, Extreme Catering and live music from The Rick Climens Jazz Group. Graeme is an extremely well established painter and always creates a good collection of wonderful paintings for his shows, you will not be disappointed.

Alice Saltiel is our latest addition to our list of fine artists in the gallery. Alice has been painting for almost 40 years and her works have been collected all over the world. She has been published in many articles including two books: Mount Assiniboine Images in Art, and Artists’ of the Rockies inspiration of Lake O’Hara. Alice is scheduled to paint in the gallery on a regular basis, please drop in and meet her. Her first visit is March 1st.

Alex Hunt is our newest staff member who has joined the framing department. Alex is a graduate of ACAD and will be working with Candace and Edward to help the gallery to keep up with the demand and speed up delivery time for frames.

Randy Wiens also a regular visitor to the gallery is scheduled to come in to paint on Friday February 22 and Saturday February 23rd. Drop in for refreshment and say hello.

Denis Chiasson is busily painting a new show for the gallery and we will be opening this on April 5, 2008. Again we will be serving tasty morsels from Extreme Catering and live music from the Rick Climens Jazz Group.
