STATEMENT OF PHILOSOPHY
"I have always felt an affinity with nature and painting satisfies an inner need to capture it in my own way.
It is important to me to capture the landscape without the intrusion of man, as is evident in the general lack of buildings, roads and fences."
Dorothy's work is found in many corporate collections, such as Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, the Glencoe Club – Calgary, as well as many private collections throughout Canada.
